Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

Redemption: Vouchers may be used towards accommodation, dining, or other services at Palé Hall Hotel, subject to availability.

Advance Booking: All vouchers must be redeemed with prior reservation. Please quote your voucher reference at the time of booking and present it on arrival.

Subject to Availability: Voucher use is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods, special events, or holidays.

Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

Transferability: Vouchers may be gifted to another recipient but cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Partial Redemption: If the total value of the voucher is not used, any remaining balance may be retained for future use within the validity period, unless otherwise stated.

Price Differences: If the cost of the service exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid. No change will be given where the cost is less than the voucher value, unless stated.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Palé Hall Hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacements may be issued at management discretion.

Amendments & Cancellations: Standard hotel cancellation policies apply to bookings made using vouchers.

Right to Refuse: Palé Hall Hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption if a voucher is suspected to be fraudulent, altered, or invalid.

Liability: Palé Hall Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of a voucher, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
